A clarinet mouthpiece in 3/4 copper to npt adapter. The left palm covers either the 3/4 inch nipple or the 1 inch nipple or neither that branch from the second 3/4 inch tee. The right palm covers, half covers or leaves clear the 1 1/4 x 1 1/2 coupling. A low Bflat D flat B Eflat E and Gflat, as well as assorted bends and blends are produced.
